Thank you for choosing to book with the Old White Lion Hotel. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking, you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our Terms and Conditions of booking below.

The price includes accommodation plus Full English breakfast. Unless clearly stated on the booking form all extras such as additional meals, telephone use, drinks etc are charged extra. We accept the following methods of payment:

· Cash
· Cheque with bankers card
· Debit Card
· Credit cards

VAT is included in the price. Service charge is at your discretion.

Once you have booked your stay our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable.

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit. The cancellation policy for individual room bookings is 7 days and for group bookings (2 or more rooms) is 14 days. If cancelled later or in case of a non arrival, the first night will be charged in full.

Non - Availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation were unavailable for reasons beyond your control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Accommodation will be ready for you at 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. Parking is available for most on site on a first come first serve basis, however if this is not available there is adequate Pay and Display parking close by.

Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11.00 am on the day of departure (unless otherwise arranged). Your bill for accommodation and any extra services taken during your stay is payable on departure.

Please take good care with accommodation and facilities provided. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages caused. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party and any vehicles or possessions, unless it can be proven to be caused by a negligent act, by ourselves, our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on database for .marketing purposes only. No credit card data will be stored on our computer system & The Old White Lion Hotel is PCI DSS certificated

Wireless Internet is available in public areas and bedrooms. If you use this Free service you will be asked to agree to our terms & conditions of acceptable use policy.

The Old White Lion Hotel is a strictly 'non-smoking' establishment for the benefit and comfort of all guests.
