the following vacancies for staff;

• Chef de Partie -Talented, got Flair,Hard Working! You could be the person we are lookin for! You would be required to run a busy Kitchen on Heads absence all round skills require for cooking a la carte mains from local fresh produce with a good degree of man management skills. Good salary for the right Person.
• Commis chef - Trainee Chef - do you think you have what it takes to become a proper chef using fresh produce & not just a ping microwave chef, it's hard work long unsociable hours. However it could be your making. If so we want to here from you!
• Part Time Bar Staff Required - Pleasant person requied with outgoing & friendly personality. Evenings & week-end, 4-16 Hours per week .Training will be given.
